The Training for Existing Business and Industry Program at Wallace State Community College provides customized workforce development and employee training services.  This program offers business consulting services, training needs assessments, customized employee training, and employee skills assessments to businesses and industries.

Wallace State annually offers more than 50 customized TEBI courses to hundreds of employees of agencies, businesses, and industries like Rehau, Topre, American Proteins, and the Alabama Department of Transportation.

Topics offered have included A+ Certification, Basic Blueprint Reading, Basic Machining Calculations, Introduction to Metrology, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, 2000 ICC Plumbing Codes, Total Quality Management, ISO 9000, Gap Analysis, Continuous Process Improvement, Software Applications, and Management Techniques. 

Training programs are developed and tailored to meet client needs.  Qualified instructors have years of professional experience in the field and provide training using the latest information and technology.  Services may be offered on-site or at Wallace State.
