CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
Instructors: Rhonda Ryan, RN and Krista Phillips, RN

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work at the direction of nurses to provide basic patient care and play a critical role in successful healthcare by extending the capability of nurses and doctors to provide better patient care. CNA classes will train individuals to assess patient needs, to interact effectively with the patient, and to make observations regarding a patient's condition and state of mind.

FREE Information Session: Tuesday, May 4 at 6pm, Bailey Center Second Floor
Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 8-August 12, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm The 26 hr clinical rotation will be on the following three Saturdays.
Fee: $790 plus $15 insurance fee (includes textbook and exam fee). WIA Approved.

PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN
Instructors: Bonnie Brannan, Stephanie Burden, and Valerie Carter

This course is designed to train individuals to collect quality blood samples properly from patient and interact with healthcare personnel.

FREE Information Session: Tuesday, August 3 at 6pm,
Bailey Center Second Floor
Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 7-October 21, 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Clinical externships will be coordinated after class completion.
Fee: $1,587.50 plus $11.50 insurance fee (includes textbook
and exam fee). WIA approved.
