ServSafe Handler

About the Course
Covers basic food safety principles, personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, time and temperature control, and cleaning and sanitizing. Participants receive an official ServSafe Food Handler Certificate through the National Restaurant Association upon passing the proctored exam.

Course Format & Cost
The ServSafe Handler course is $95 and consists of 2 hours of training. It can be completed online or in-person with a Wallace State instructor. Upon completion, students will sit for the proctored ServSafe Exam with their instructor.
