Students learn food handling, beverage service, kitchen safety, and customer service skills. Hands-on labs simulate real-world restaurant and hospitality environments to prepare students for immediate employment.

This is a hybrid course, combining online theory with an in-person, 8-hour lab that provides hands-on training and practical application of skills.

Admission Requirements
This course is offered at no cost. Participants must be 16 years of age or older to enroll in this course. No diploma or GED required.
