CollaborativeEarn while you learn! Collaborative programs offer paid work-experience and mentorship that lead to full-time employment. FAME (Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education)The NCAL FAME program at Wallace State is a work-based learning opportunity for students interested in high-demand manufacturing/industrial maintenance careers. Students alternate between classroom learning and paid, hands-on experience with sponsoring companies. Stduents earn an associate degree, FAME-USA certification, multiple industry recognized credentials and leave job-ready with little to no out-of-pocket expense. Diesel by DistanceThis innovative hybrid program allows students to learn diesel mechanics from anywhere while earning a paycheck. Students complete theory online and gain hands-on experience through partner employers or at Wallace State’s labs during scheduled in-person sessions. COMING SOON!
