Mental Health Worker
About the Course
The Mental Health Worker course at Wallace State prepares students to assist individuals
with mental health challenges. Through this tuition-free Skills for Success course,
students gain knowledge in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and patient support
strategies.
This is a hybrid course, combining online theory with an in-person, 8-hour lab that provides hands-on training and practical application of skills.
Admission Requirements
This course is offered at no cost. Participants must be 16 years of age or older to enroll in this course. No diploma or GED required.
